What is Eldovian Desk?
Eldovian Desk is an all-in-one Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Hospital Information System (HIS) designed for clinics and hospitals. It manages OPD queues, patient clinical histories, IPD ward bed occupancies, pharmacy inventory, and medical billing.
How does the Simplify AI Scribe integration work?
With the Full Suite Bundle, doctors can launch the Simplify AI Scribe directly from the OPD queue or Calendar. The ambient scribe transcribes doctor-patient conversations in real-time, structuring notes into SOAP, BIRP, or DAP formats automatically.
How does Inpatient (IPD) bed management work?
Clinic administrators can configure wards and beds per ward. Staff can monitor live bed occupancy status (Occupied, Vacant, Discharging), assign patients to specific beds, and record daily nurse progress reports.
Is patient data encrypted and secure?
Yes. Sensitive demographic fields (phone, email, ABHA number, allergies, medical history) are encrypted with AES-256 before disk writes. Primary servers are hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) for complete DPDP Act 2023 compliance.
Can I manage billing and pharmacy inventory?
Yes. Eldovian Desk includes an integrated billing cashier, invoice management, NHCX insurance claims processing, and pharmacy inventory with stock reorder thresholds.
What plan options are available?
